By accessing or using MyDentistBook ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
MyDentistBook provides cloud-based dental practice management software including appointment scheduling, patient records, billing, AI voice assistant, and analytics for dental clinics in Kenya.
You must be a licensed dental clinic, dentist, or authorized representative to use our service. By registering, you confirm you have the authority to bind your clinic.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5.1 Pricing: Subscription fees are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and exclude VAT as required by Kenyan law.
5.2 Free Trial: 14-day free trial available. No credit card required. After trial, you must subscribe to continue.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will have access until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Your Data: You retain all ownership of your clinic and patient data. We do not claim ownership over any data you input.
Data Export: You may export your data at any time in CSV/PDF format. Upon account closure, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be notified 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (internet, hosting).
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, MyDentistBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
You agree to indemnify and hold MyDentistBook harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Software.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
